微创青光眼手术（MIGS）的特点是安全性高，通常联合超乳用于轻中度青光眼患者。白内障手术与MIGS的结合为青光眼患者提供了减少青光眼药物治疗和提高生活质量的机会。MIGS涉及不同于传统青光眼手术的手术技能，本大师讲堂将为初学MIGS的手术医生提供MIGS的概述、如何开始他们的MIGS实践的指导，以及植入各种MIGS设备的手术技巧。

Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) is characterized by a high safety profile and is commonly performed in mild-to-moderate glaucoma patients as a phaco-plus procedure. Combining cataract surgery with MIGS gives glaucoma patients an opportunity to reduce their glaucoma medications and to improve their quality of life. MIGS involves surgical skills which are different from conventional glaucoma surgery, and this Masterclass will provide novice MIGS surgeons with an overview of MIGS, pointers on how to start their MIGS practice, and surgical tips for implanting the various MIGS devices.

有晶体眼人工晶状体由于具有更好的晶状体尺寸和几乎没有发生有晶体眼人工晶状体诱导的白内障而越来越受欢迎。
本大师讲堂将带领参会者讨论从患者选择，到晶状体尺寸、手术技术，再到并发症的管理。参加大师讲堂之后，从未使用过有晶体眼人工晶状体的参会者应该有信心开始使用这项技术，而那些使用过的参会者可以提高他们现有的技能。

Phakic IOLs have gained in popularity with better lens sizing and almost no phakic IOL-induced cataract formation.

This MasterClass will take participants from patient choice, through lens sizing, surgical technique, and on to the management of complications. After this MasterClass, participants who have never used phakic IOLs should gain the confidence to embark on this technology, while those who have should improved their existing skills.

眼前节外伤是急诊最常见的眼部疾病。初步诊断和处理是预测视力恢复、进一步手术的需要以及为视力康复设定现实目标的关键。
本大师讲堂针对住院医生和执业眼科医生，将全面介绍眼前节外伤的治疗。通过本课程，眼科医生将学会眼前节钝性和穿透性外伤修复的原则、急诊环境下化学损伤的处理以及在存在眼部瘢痕和角膜缘干细胞缺乏的情况下的视觉康复原则。

Anterior segment ocular trauma is the most common ocular condition seen in the Accident and Emergency. The initial diagnosis and management is key to prognosticating visual recovery, the need for further surgeries as well setting realistic goals for visual rehabilitation.

This MasterClass targeted at both residents and practicing ophthalmologists will provide a comprehensive overview of the treatment of anterior segment trauma. Through this course, the ophthalmologist will be able to take home, principles of repair in both blunt and penetrating injuries of the anterior segment as well as management of chemical injuries in an acute setting and principles of visual rehabilitation in the presence of ocular scarring and limbal stem cell deficiency.
